All the material on this website is exclusive property of Perfumeria. Perfumeria is not accountable for any errors made on this web site. All prices and information are subject to change without prior notice and is accurate to the best of our knowledge. We will contact a customer if a discrepancy in price, product description, size, and image occurs. Unfortunately, perfumeria will not be able to honor any price errors due to typographical errors. This notice is specifically and only designed for our website. The policies of Perfumeria's retail stores may differ substantially from those applicable to your use of the Perfumeria site. It does not apply to any of our retail store locations regardless of any similarities in the policy. Each retail store carries its own policy and prices may vary. Please contact the individual store for complete detailed information. Perfumeria attempts to exhibit product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color, box, and bottle. At times, designers produce a new packaging, and bottles. We try to update our website periodically, and present the out most current image of all products sold. TERMS OF USE After placing an order using our website, we will confirm the information you presented to us for accuracy, and validity. We will verify your method of payment or shipping address using an address verification system from our credit card-processing bank. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and limit quantities on any order, without giving any specific reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order. We will not charge your credit card if your order is rejected, but we will issue a refund if a charge has been made.
Fragrances purchased at Perfumeria or by phone may be returned within 14days of the purchase date, for exchanges or refunds. Only one exchange or one refund will be allowed per order. The returned item(s) must be issued in the same manner as the original purchase. Perfumeria will not issue refunds to products without our prior authorization from an associate by phone or e-mail. To receive a return confirmation number please call us as soon as possible. Returns must be prepaid and insured for all by a reliable carrier such as UPS, USPS, Fed-Ex. For Exchanges, all customers will be responsible for all extra shipping costs. We are here to help with any misunderstanding, or discrepancy of any kind.

we hope you have enjoyed your visit with us. - All orders in the Untied States are shipped via USPS. We charge a flat $5.00 fee for the first item purchased, and $2.50 for each additional item. All orders over $100 will automatically qualify for free shipping. Shipments typically take 4-9 business days depending on your location.
